Fat Bikes were born in Alaska during the 90s as a mean of transport, nowadays are becoming a growing trend in the Alpine spots with bike tours on snowy trails.The main features are the tires that can be from 3,8 to over 4,8 inches wide. This characteristic gives the chance to have a pressure range that goes from 0,4 to 1,2 bar, so with different terrains and kinds of tour, we can have the best compromise of traction, grip and rolling. The bike-guide will recommend you the pressure during the tour.
