ENThe Val Viola is a great MTB route with amazing views. The mountains of the valley are the Cima Piazzi and the Corna di Campo: with their peaks, the Cima Piazzi (3.439 m), the Cima Viola (3.374 m) and the Cima Dosdé (3.280 m).
Starting with the Mottolino cable car, all the way down Trepalle and then uphill to the passo del Foscagno. Easy single trail downhill to Arnoga and from here the entrance of the val Viola wich after the pass changes name and becomes Val di Campo towards Poschiavo.
A mix of single trails, warm up made of riding a funny flow trail and finishing on an old rocky muletrack called Angeli Custodi, great views of the Cima Piazzi glacier, of the Viola lake and of the stunning Sauseo lake.
